Sören Reimers
Sören Reimers studied law at Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel and, concurrently, business administration at the Fernuniversität Hagen, with stints in the U.S. and South Africa. This combination of law and business administration continues to shape his work to this day: he combines the legal analysis of license agreements with a business perspective on costs and negotiating leverage.
His areas of expertise include Oracle audits, negotiating corporate licenses such as the Oracle ULA, and issues related to virtualization. He is also highly knowledgeable about third-party support for Oracle and VMware, as well as the trade in used Oracle and VMware software—all of which has been verified for compliance with licensing laws and comes with a complete chain of title. He also assists companies in transitioning from VMware to Nutanix, from assessment through migration planning.
In audits and contract negotiations, he represents clients exclusively. His goal in every engagement is to achieve full compliance at minimal cost.
