An Oracle ULA is a special type of corporate contract for Oracle software. In this case, the customer is entitled to install and use this product an unlimited number of times for an agreed product bundle and over a specific time period. The approximate installation requirements for the product in the selected time period are assessed in conjunction with the Oracle sales team on termination of the Oracle ULA and form the basis for determining the price.<\/p>\n

An Oracle ULA is a special type of corporate contract for Oracle software. At the end of the agreed contract term, which is generally two to four years, Oracle ULA certification take place. Oracle LMS examines how often the customer has installed and uses a specific product. The number established determines the number of licenses that the customer will have following ULA certification. It is important to bear in mind that Oracle does not conduct a true-up. This means that support costs remain constant, regardless of whether the determined number of licenses is above or below the previously estimated deployment figure.<\/p>\n
